Webinar: Cyber Security in Modern Farming

We are pleased to announce that on Tuesday 21 September at 11am, the SWCRC in collaboration with cyber intelligence firm CYSIAM and the National Farmers’ Union (NFU) will be hosting a free online webinar ‘Cyber Security in Modern Farming’.

The business community is invited to join this 45-minute discussion with the SWCRC’s Head of Cyber and Innovation Ross Brown, David Allan, managing director and chief technology officer at CYSIAM, Stacey Lidgate, principal consultant at CYSIAM, Ed Humber, county advisor at the NFU, and a local farmer, for a closer look at:

  • Steps you need to take to protect your business

  • How a cyber-attack can affect your business

  • The unique challenges of cyber security within farming and agriculture
